BBB’s scam tracker is informing you of a scam which claims that your Amazon, Paypal, Netflix or other account has been compromised. You receive a call or email stating that one of your accounts has been compromised and you are told that you need to take immediate action! But remember that scammers will try to make you worried and feel panicked, and they will ask for your personal information. Be aware of who you provide sensitive information to, and be sure to check that you are contacting legitimate customer service representatives if you feel that something is wrong with your account.
