David Charles Allen, Village Properties Realtor and host of the HOP, talks about the cooler weather and disappointing surf before discussing the week’s real estate stats in Santa Barbara along with the latest interest rates. There was not any real build up of supply this week and interest rates remain low but David is looking forward to some movement in the New Year. Co-host, Patti Teel talks with David about his 20 hour (each way) road trip to Idaho for Christmas with his girlfriend and three of their fur-babies: Bailey, (the Chihuaahua mix), Jazz, (the German Shepherd), and the new large-breed puppy who has not yet been named.
