Nancy Martz, founder of the nonprofit organization, Apples to Zucchini Cooking School, has a mission based on three pillars: cook together, eat together, and clean up together! Realizing that there are two generations that haven’t learned how to cook, she started a fun after-school ‘hands on’ program in Santa Barbara where kids learn to cook, using healthy, local produce.
