Nancy Martz, founder of the nonprofit organization, Apples to Zucchini Cooking School, has a mission based on three pillars:  cook together, eat together, and clean up together!  Realizing that there are two generations that haven’t learned how to cook, she started a fun after-school ‘hands on’ program in Santa Barbara where kids learn to cook, using healthy, local produce.  They’ll be adding adult classes soon so be sure to visit their website so that you and your kids don’t miss out!
