Beth Amine has been dedicated to the exploration of self-expression through multi-media art for nearly five decades. She is a teacher, speaker, writer, visual artist and dance performer. Her passion is to encourage joyous every day living for everyone through the arts, celebration and community.
Her current focuses are Joyous Movement, Fun Dance Fitness for Every Body and Ability, which provides instructor trainings in leading inspirational movement classes for individuals with a wide variety of physical and cognitive abilities, including Alzheimer’s and dementia.
Joyous Every Day Living, her first book, was published in 2017 and is an easy to read how-to-guide that provides a system of interwoven qualities of aliveness that when embodied, create a life of perpetual joy, self-care and rejuvenation. Party till checkout time!
