Over the past few weeks, housing supplies and interest rates remain low, ranging from 3.15 – 3.25%.  In past episodes, David Charles Allen has given great advice to buyers on how they can position themselves to purchase a home.  In this episode, he shares advice with sellers, advising them to get their pre-inspections done and to have their property move in ready.  This way, the price the seller sets can reflect any repairs that need to be done.  Buyers will be comfortable and more likely to bid on the home.  Patti and David also discuss their pooches and what to keep and what to discard when it’s time to make the big move.

Beware the Sugar Daddys or Mammas who offer to pay you an allowance–and then ask you to use a large chunk of it to give to their needy friend or a charity.  Here’s how the scam works.  The victim deposits the check (given to them by their Sugar Daddy/Mamma) and takes out some of the money.  Then, when the check bounces, the victim is left holding the bag!  If you meet someone online, be sure to do a reverse Google Image search to be sure they’re who they say they are!
