Village Properties realtor David Charles Allen is happy to announce that his offices are now open as of June 1st! As businesses begin to reopen after quarantine, special precautions are being mandated across the country to ensure the well-being of all customers. Open Houses and ‘in-person’ home walkthroughs are not yet happening, but instead you are able to take a virtual home tour.
The overall month to month statistics have pending real-estate sales down by 40%, closed sales are down 30%, new listings are down 15%, and active listings have increased 13%. Although there is a general decrease in activity, the prices have not necessarily fluctuated too much at this point.
